Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

In the following circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund:

• As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 through United Kingdom Law, consumers are not entitled to a refund on digital products in any circumstance unless said product is faulty. Proof will be required in order to process a refund.
• The e-Book was purchased by accident. However, this is immediately invalidated if the e-Book as already been downloaded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
